You wouldnt eat here if you got passed the front desk...so dirty...no one cleans...I worked here and the only thing I ever ate was a slice ..which was good..nothing fantastic...I wouldn't eat here..

Usually when we order, everything is perfect. We usually order the same thing every time and it's perfect! However, today, the pizza was soggy, the garlic toast was burned, there was virtually no sauce on the wings, and they forgot the crutons with the salad. I usually don't leave reviews but it wasn't just one thing that was wrong with our order. Everything we ordered was disappointing

I ordered 30 wings half honey garlic and half sweet chilli and specifically asked for extra sauce. I waited over an hour for my order to be delivered and when they were they were dry and you could barely taste the sauce at all which is a far cry from the extra sauce I requested. When I called to complain the manager was extremely rude and unwilling to help, the most they would offer me was a $5 credit for a $30 dollar order at this point my husband and I didn't want the wings and when we requested a refund he proceed to argue with me, I will never order from here again worst experience and customer service.

Best pizza below the brow!!! After reading the all the reviews I should emphasize that I've only ever been to the Wentworth & Barton location. I love their dough , sauce is delicious and they are generous with cheese and toppings.

Delicious pizza. A nicer store front with an actual sign would make it easier to locate and more inviting. The product is amazing.

First time going there (Oct 4, 2016) they sell a lot itemsGot pizza deal #5 fed a family of 7 (with not to much left over) cost $51.95 with taxTiny place, they have stools and a bench if you have to wait. Pizza I enjoyed very much, could have used more tomatoe sauce. Toppings had more of one topping then the others but was still good. The diameter of the pizzas seemed a bit smaller then most other pizza places I've been to. The fries weren't really crispy and not a whole lot of them considering it comes in a big container but nice to have the gravy included. The wings were okay (2.5 out of 5) would like them to be crisper and have more sauce on them. The rest of my family had mixed feelings saying it was okay. Overall if your in the neighborhood and hungry I recommend trying them. The price is decent especially for the wings.

One of the best pizza places I've had. The order was correct and the quality of the pizza and wings were amazing! The poutine was delicious and the salad fresh. 100% reccomend Le Bella Pizza.

At bella pizza right now waiting for our order to be completed very excited to have the best pizza in the city again tonight even though it's valentine's we could go somewhere special for dinner we'd rather have bella pizza as a family even had to get a couple slices while we were waiting definite must try if you're from out of town like pizza their wings are amazing too if I could give it more than 5 stars I would Barton Street location I haven't tried the other location yet on King Street but I'm excited to in the near future and if it's any better than this one that would be crazy because this one is really really good it's nice to know that when you order from somewhere every single time they produce your product it's the exact same quality consistency is very important and they pull through every time thank you bella pizza

I came all the way from Scarborough for their Chicago style pan pizza and cheese burger poutine and this location hands down is the best pizza and poutine I’ve ever had 🤤

These guys know how to make a pizza. One of the best pizzas you will ever eat and you won't break the budget doing it. They have tons of instore specials and when they say a large pizza, it's actually a large. Not a medium pizza at a large pizza price which most franchise pizza places are guilty of doing. These guys make their pizza with a ton of ingredients and cheese. I would highly recommend you try them out. They open at 3pm daily.

The man at the counter dosent speak English at all...I orderd a 5 topping deep dish and they yelled at me and told me every topping unasked for wasnt allowed on the pizza they are the worst pizza place in all of Hamilton

Great prices, unique food, lots of menu options!! Our favorite pizza place! We've eaten in and gotten take out from the one on Barton and ordered delivery from the one on fennel.

Worst experience with this place, was a loyal customer until now. Ordered a pizza and wings combo, which came almost and hour & a half later. Wasn’t even hot anymore, drinks were missing. Still offered to pay but, the driver didn’t have any change?? He was rude, arrogant and refused to take the food back and then continued on, to repeatedly call down my phone. Super unprofessional and uncalled for. Now a no go, pizza place for me.

They don't treat their customers and delivery drivers very well. I was there tonight and these guys had me and delivery driver wait 30 mins for food.

The wings are amazing (the suicide mayo sauce is incredible)! Their phone etiquette is less than desirable. If you choose to order from here, you’re choosing the taste of food over customer service.. It seems, sadly, that you cannot have both from Le Bella Pizza.

Very disrespectful staff. They lie regarding everything to their customer . They keep order pending for long hours. I came to pick up order and they were so rude . Kept me waiting for 20+mins and when i left the store after hell alot of waiting they lied to doordash that order was prepared but he didn’t picked up . Disgusting service.

At one time I'd drive into Hamilton just for Bella Pizza. They were the best. Fresh grade A ingredients. This is no longer the case.Don't take me wrong it's not bad at all but if you're looking for what it was look elsewhere.It's just another generic pizza shop.If your local shop has a better deal go for it because they shop at the same discount supply and the taste proves it.Not bad but not great..If it's close and your just looking to fill the hole go for it because it'll get the job done just like a hundred other mediocre ships.

What they say about the sauce is true..that touch of sweet not too acidic smooth tomato pizza sauce rocks.. this is the usual style pickup and delievery pizza place with limited seating at the window looking out on Barton street..Their portion are large.. And the best place I know in this area for yummy fresh pizza slices at a very affordable price

Ordered a large pepperoni and was told it would be 10-15 so I sat down and waited. 20 min later they asked me what I would like to order. They hadn't even started my order now I'm waiting another 20 in this dump. Don't waste your time or money.

Tried this place today and the pizza was amazing! The wings were overcooked though. Too crispy for my liking. The fries were great too! You can tell that the are fresh cut. This will be my go to pizza place from now on.
